Preperation of images: 60 consecutive prostate-tru cut biopsies with digital images from Memorial Hospitals Group, Pathology Department ARchive were included. Slides were scanned by Leica Aperio AT2 scanner with 20x or 40x magnifications. Cases were diagnosed with Sectra interface. The images were exported from Sectra and anonymised with svs-deidentifier before uploading to the Paige website.
Retrospective evaluation: The diagnoses in report were retrieved by a pathologist and compared with AI analysis output.
